1. Strict Safety Rule

Any female staff member experiencing harassment, unwanted contact, pressure, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour may report directly and confidentially to the Founder or Lead Programmer of MoneshSys Technologies.

No permission from a Department Manager or team leader is required before reporting a concern.

2. Confidential Reporting Options

Option 1: Send a private message directly to the Founder.

Option 2: Send a private message directly to the Lead Programmer.

Complaints will be handled seriously, fairly, and discreetly. Information will only be shared when necessary for safety, a fair review, or legal obligations.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Harassment and threatening behaviour are prohibited.
Repeated unwanted messages must stop.
Inappropriate communication and intimidation are prohibited.
Retaliation against anyone reporting a concern is prohibited.
Complaints will be reviewed fairly and discreetly.
Confirmed misconduct may result in strict disciplinary action.
